- הַלְעָטָהf. (לָעַט) stuffing. Sabb.155b ה׳ למקום שיכולה להחזיר by halatalt is meant a stuffing to a point of the throat from which the animal can bring it back again to the mouth, opp. הַמְרָאָה pushing far down the gullet.
